you make me smile
there goes that first week off school. it wasn't THAT bad, but i can't say it was superbly awesome either. there were a lot of shitty times (i.e. getting completely drenched in the rain on the way to school, forgetting to bring a thermometer to school, enduring super quiet and boring lessons as half of the class weren't present and getting scolded for not doing most of the holiday homework.), but of course there were fun times (i.e. catching up with friends, laughing at classmates and making a fool out of teachers).
somehow, i can't believe this is my last year of secondary school. the last year i'm gonna wear a whole outfit that's completely the same as everyone else (i'm very sure i won't be going to jc). the last year i have to wake up at 5.30am for every single weekday. the last year i have to take the evil horrid 189 bus to school. i can't wait for this school year to finish. i already have a whole plan laid out this year.
STUDY LIKE SHIZZ FOR MID-YEAR EXAMS. APPLY FOR DPA TO NGEE ANN POLYTECHNIC. STUDY LIKE SHIZZ FOR O LEVELS. GET NO HIGHER THAN 11 POINTS FOR O LEVES. APPLY FOR NGEE ANN POLYTECHNIC. SHOPSHOPSHOP.
see. plan laid out. the only thing i'm gonna be having problems with is the studying part. everyone knows i have a huge self-discipline problem, but whatever. HAVE FAITH. and work on it. this year, i'm nerdifying myself to the core. after school, go straight to a corner in the library, do homework and stay there and study until 6pm. sounds like a good plan, ey? i hope so. i need to focus.
speaking of focus, good job last night guys. i'm talking about The Focus playing at the NYP competition last night. you guys might not have won, but you won our hearts. ;) HAHAHA. cheesefest much? but seriously, it's the sound system that sucked and the fact that your keyboard was out of tune. HAHA. need to do soundcheck yourselves next time, but anyway, i still thought you guys were good. good enough for me to stay and sing along instead of walking away, like i did with the other singers. and it's not just cos i was rooting for you guys. hahaha.
i should probably go back to working on my a maths homework now. i still have 5 more sections to go. after that, i still have english, social studies and accounts holiday homework. then, i have to go buy a5 exercise books for e maths and get textbooks from nicole. omg, i should totally stop procrastinating, but i'm too tired now so i'll do that later.
