anyway, today is like, frikkin retarded! remind me never to go with matthew and hoe yeung ever again. and not let lellel drag me into going with them. -.- my school shirt is now stained with cheese and my mind has been molested with the same super-dee-duper lame jokes over and over again. goodness.

anyway, had lunch at long john's with lellel, matthew and hoeyeung. was supposed to go with lellel to the hawker centre for lunch (after talking her out of kfc) and these two guys totally ruined my plan. wth. hmmph. i've got nothing else to say, but... nah, i've got nothing to say. yesyes, your jokes are HILARIOUS, matthew. i'm just saying that cos it was your birthday. :) see, i'm so kind!

then, was supposed to go to queensway with lellel to get her uniform, but we didn't know how to get there from clementi station so we asked hoeyeung and he made us take 184 all the way to his place and expected us to take 961 to queensway which would take much much longer if we hadn't just taken 189 then 51 at clementi, but yeah. no one listens to liza. sad uh. but seriously! WTH MAN. seriously. ahhh. i can't believe we got punked. :( so in the end couldn't go to queensway cos i had to rush home for tuition. :(

so went back to clementi with lellel and took the train home. i just finished tuition around an hour ago and has been roaming cyberspace since. anyway, i have to like go now cos i want to sleep! goodnight :)

hello interwebz. the past week has been pretty much boring. i had another 3-day mc. hahaha. awesome right? :D well i was pretty much away from the world. haha. i don't even go on msn! sad uh. oh well, it's all good now. i've recovered. haha. i feel so loved when i came back to school last friday! people were like, omg liza you're back! yay! hahahaha. thanks for welcoming me back (: and not quarantine-ing me in a corner. haha.

in other news, i finally went to cell yesterday! yayness, yeah? :D take that, ben! i'm not anti-social. hahaha. i got like super damn high okay. oh and me and ace have a bimbo corner. LOL. yes, i know! i have got to stop saying 'omg' and 'like'. haha. i only say that excessively when i'm high okay. like now. hahaha. omg! i have a fish that looks like ben mah! :D i wanna show it to the world, but i'm too lazy to upload a photo. hmmph. oh well, i named it 'ye zhong'. major awesomeness, right? :D hahaha.

went to church today. had to wake up early, but i overslept. :P they should be used to me being late! hahaha. jk. anyway, kids worship was a bit screwed, but it's okay i guess. haha. after that went to the bob fitts concert and stole ben's chair. haha. well i moved when he came anyway, so yeah. ohoh! speaking of ben, he has an awesome outfit today! go compliment him. hahahaha. we have the same outfit btw. :D only mine's awesome cos i have an awesome necktie and an even awesome-r donut watch! God bless homer simpson. haha.

moving on! had lunch after church at subway with ace, amy, rachel and adriel. ohmyoh! i just realized, they're all a's except for me and rachel. they're a's, and we're rae's. major awesomeness! hahahaha. :D then joined the rest at macd's afterwards and played daiti. (: i pwned the rest twice okay! haha. i had almost all the ti's and aces. :D after that, walked to jurong mrt with ace, rachel and ben. then train-ed with ben home. (:

i still have tonnes of homework left. screw that. :) i also have ss test tomorrow. screw that too. :) watching up with awesome people tomorrow. yayness!

gawd. what is wrong with you people.

in other news, i've recovered. yay! :) thanks for everyone who prayed, wished well, asked, and attempted to visit (haha!). i'm only left in a battle with a quite bad blocked nose, horrid horrid sore throat and a broken nail. wait, make that two broken niles. sigh. i really have to get myself a nail file!

well, i've been stuck at home and the height of my week was probably going downstairs to buy my brother chips from a vending machine! whoopie. but thank God, i was able to go out today with my dad and brother to watch G.I. Joe: Rise of The Cobra and have dinner at Sakae Sushi. ohmyoh! channing tatum! <3 and to the next person that says i'm growing up (yes, lellel, that means you), screw off :)

so being stuck at home all week, i had a lot of time to think. think. think. think. i felt like i've had eternity in my hands. hahahaha. but ofcourse, i won't be able to share all of what i've thought of here. it'll be an endless post. ;) but seriously, time did seem endless when you're sick. i feel like i've been sleeping the whole day and when i wake up and check the time, it's only been 15 minutes! gosh. i wonder why.

eh, that doesn't make as much sense now as it did when i was typing it. oh well, i think it's the meds kicking in. again. i've got to sleep now. i feel a headache coming back on.

sadness. oh well. life goes on (but still without that awesome smile!). you'll see him again, of course you will (yes, in the next decade where you'll be old and he'll never recognize you) and you'll talk and have coffee together (and have a lot of awkward silences). okay, i probably should shut up now. a woman was waiting to board a plane. as she was waiting, she went to buy cookies to eat when she gets on a plane. while waiting to board, she sat at a bench a seat away from an old man and puts all her carry-on luggage on the seat between them and she reads her newspaper. after a while, she sees the man reach into the cookie bag to take a cookie and eat it. she didn't want to cause a scene so she just kept her cool and continue reading. thirty seconds later, the man takes another cookie. and again. and again. the woman could no longer concentrate on reading her paper. she then takes a cookie from the bag and eats it. the man takes a cookie and eats it too. they then started this cookie eating competition, until it comes down to the last cookie. the old man flashes his biggest smile and says, can i have the last cookie? the woman was too appalled to say anything, so the man carries on, can we share? the woman scowls, takes the last cookie, eats it, and storms off to line up and board the plane. as she gets on, she looks in her bag and sees a cookie bag. guess who's cookies she was eating earlier.


all the time, we've been stealing God's cookies, thinking that it's ours. we don't realize that He was the one who actually had them in the first place. He doesn't even force us to give it back to Him. and with the last cookie 'we' have left, he smiles and says, can i have the last cookie? can we share? but what do we do. we selfishly think about ourselves and say, this is my cookie! i worked hard for this cookie! we forget that we won't even have anything if it wasn't for God.





Prison of Worry:
you waste so much energy worrying, but what so you really worry about? the more you worry, the worse you feel. and the worse you feel, the more you worry.
