haha. am now watching Party Planner with David Tutera. haha.
was supposed to go to school today for some IT workshop thing, but was too tired from camp to go to school. hehe. actually i slept at 7pm and woke up at 7am and cud actually make it to school on time but am too lazy and tired. haha.
anyhoo, CELL CAMP WAS SUPER FUN! :) but it was equally tiring. haha
i left my place at abt 9.45 and was supposed to meet lava at jurong east by 10am only was too late cos the bus and the train took so long. :( so i took the train all the way to raffle's place alone. :( well, i got to meet up with pamela, chinyi, annabel, josh, j.j. at the train on the way to marina bay. didn't know lava was waiting for me so i got to meet-up with the rest of the cell first, then i only know when nicolle told me so i was like, ZOMG! haha so i called them then we get to finally meet at abt 11am. haha.
then we moved to the bus stop. then took bus to the pier. i dunno how much i spend at the store there at the pier. too scared to run out of food to eat on the way to the island. haha. we bought noodles, prawn crackers, a whole carton of juice, sweets. and we all finished it before we even got to the island. haha. so we finally got somewhere near the boat by 12pm. itwas so cool the place were bobbing and stuff. haha. so random. then we got on the boat. were pretty restless so we kept going up and taking pictures with our hair blowing all over. haha.
when we finally got to the island, we walked for abt 5 mins to get to the cabins and had to climb this really steep path to get there. then all the girls started putting on mosquito repellant, suntan lotion and all those vanity stuff while the guys just sit there actin all cool and stuff. haha. then we went to the beach to just hang around. then we got called back to pick our beds and stuff. then went back to the beach to play games. hehe. first we play this thing where we talk to our partner abt stuff and jill will ask us a question and if our partner doesn't know then they get sprayed by shaving cream! haha. grace gotten loads. haha. after that we played pail-o, which was basically wacko only with a pail of water instead. haha.
anyhoo, after that.. errr.. i kinda forgot what else we played. haha. after playing, at the sea and stuff we walked around looking for those jelly stuff. haha. then helped pick up stuff for the campfire. after that, we washed up. now this was the fun/freaky part. haha. cos jill was taking so long at the shower inside our dorm, so we decided to just shower at the other shower room. the one with the cubicles. only there weren't any doors or shower curtains or anything so practically everyone was screaming except m cos i showered with my clothes on. i mean how smart is that! i wash my clothes and myself at the same time! haha. they were all screaming and yan ling was singing the shampoo commercial..
haha. whenever an innocent and unknowing person tries to open the door, grace, lava and yanling would scream their lungs out while i'll just be like, sorry they're going crazy here. haha. after showering, we decided to just hang around sumwhere at the girls' dorm and hang-around at the boys' dorm and prepared for dinner and stuff. after we ate dinner we helped samuel out with the bbq-ing.
somehow, heroes suddenly popped up then annabel was like, "why does everyone think sylar is hot?". then samuel was like, "why does everyone think sylar is hot?! he is not hot!", then i'm like, "he is if he had no eyebrows" when i actually meant he's hot if he had normal eyebrows (inside joke to those who watch heroes). then sam was like, wad?!! if he had NO eyebrows?!! then he kept repeating it like a million times. urgh. then darren, a.k.a. the demonic boy, kept going around and screaming freaky stuff. it was funny. haha. then julia and they all started playing frisbee in the dark. i can't even see the frisbee and they all can catch it. haha.
after that, we had praise & worship around the campfire near the beach. then we talked a bit about the splitting of people into different cells. and finally hon said the names of the people in the cells. it's so sad i got seperated from the rest of my thrippies! :( atleast mummie's in my cell. haha. did you know that everyone in hon's cell is chinese?! haha. so random. anyhoo, after that had spiritual stuff with our new cells and we played ice breakers and stuff. then hung around some more.
late that night we went for kinda like a nature walk. haha. was a bit freaky la, but still fun. we just talked our fears away. haha. then we were walking around the place till we get to the jetty but they all still wanted to go forward so we did. then we decided to scare ourselved by talking about ghosts and stuff only they didn't work cos we started laughing instead. haha. and sam kept teasing me again with the eyebrows thing. urgh. haha.
then some way down the bridge between st. john's and lazarus island, me and lava were linking arms cos it was quite creepy on the road. then daniel toh was talking to lava about soccer and stuff, then they were unconsciously linking arms cos it was creepy, then i had to break off the link cos i was getting distracted by jj's chubby cheeks. then ben soh and the other boys started coming out of no where and started calling lava, lava toh. then lava got pissed off and wanted to go back to the dorm. well, we reached the end of the bridge anyway, so we just walked back.
when we got back we were still restless so we hung around the guys' room cos emily's a light-sleeper, and we played card games and practically just talked. then we went to the canteen cos ben (soh i mean not ben wee. wee is the innocent one. lol) was pissing us all off. then we ate popcorn and just talked and started looking for the shaving cream to like saboh ben. but we cudn't find it and we didn't want to disturb jill cos she was doing her homework. so we just played some games, well didn't really play just slacked around 'till like, 2am and bernie told us to go sleep so we did. i was next to eleanor who was next to chinyi! haha. i fell asleep almost right away cos was too tired. haha.
the next day, i woke up at 7am cos my alarm rang, then brushed my teeth and hung around the canteen for a while. then gathered up a few people to go with me and do quiet time by the beach, then went down. i went to sit by the beach and just stare at it since it was low tide. it was comforting. i was talking to God about things and i felt as if he was showing me stuff that i do see everyday in real life but have never realized till then. it was really cool. haha.
after quiet time, had to go back up to eat breakfast. we had cup noodles for breakfast, yay! haha. after that, cleaned off the bedsheets and stuff then played Frisbee outside. we decided to play monkey in the middle, and i've been the monkey quite a few times. haha. noe something? my frisbee skills are improving! haha. i can actually throw and catch a Frisbee now! isn't that sooo cool?! haha. julia like pro sia. prolly cos of jon. haha. *ehem*ehem*
lets not get carried away here. hehe. anyways, after playing frisbee, we went down near the beach again for more spiritual stuff. first we did praise and worship, then we shared about what God has told us this morning during our quiet time. then i said about how this morning i was sitting by the beach cos it was low tide. then i saw paths of water coming our from the sand and how the paths were all connecting till they finally reach the sea. it's like those paths represent people, and how we are all getting connected and that we all head towards the same direction and have the same motive. God. :) haha.
after that, we split up into our new cells. first we played a few games, then it rained but we still played in the rain. haha. then played some more games in the water haha. then we went into the shelter (even tho we were all alrd wet) to talk about our cell stuff and all. then went back again to watch the other's play in the sand.
then after that rite, we have sand castle building contest. must have very tall one then someone must be able to stand on it without ruining the whole thing. then i was like, very enthu la. haha. excited to beat my fellow thrippies then me and eleanor were the ones getting buckets of heavy sand and stuff. joel and jj were helping us get the sand and stuff but joel and to stand there cos he's the one to stand on the thing. then joshua j. was just playing frisbee with some members of the other cell and like, not helping lor. then i run and carry and put sand till like die liao. haha. then they make joel stand in the sand rite? then we were supposed to build the sand up high, then jill got the brilliant idea to build the sand up high between joel's legs! haha. sound wrong, i know. look wrong even. a bad day to wear white indeed, joel. haha. don't worry, u looked atleast half decent. haha. but hon's cell still won at the end but it was ok tho. hahaha. we had to sing an action song, the "nothing, nothing, absolutely nothing" haha. josh was very uncooperative lor. >:[ how typical.
anyway, after that, we all had to rush to the toilet and rinse off the sand. and we only got 5 mins noh?!! 5 mins!! worse than army like that. we rush rush rush until almost got left by the ferry, good thing leon was there. haha. then run all the way to the jetty cos it's almost leaving. good thing we're able to catch up. haha.
then i found out from pamela, that she lost her wallet!! i was like, ZOMG!! so we checked her bag, even yanling check and it really wasn't there. :( so like ZOMG la!! then i was getting quite dizzy so i just rested my head and tried to sleep. then the ferry stopped and some people came out so i decided to move to the back where i can pinch jj. then samuel also moved to the back and kept annoying me with the eyebrows again. haha. then we all got off finally.
then hon lent pamela $5 for transport. then we all take the bus except for samuel, jill, chinyi & sarah. then we all like, squeeze inside the bus. then walked to the mrt station. then everyone got on. kept pinching jj's cheeks in the train. hehe. he is just sooooo freaaakiin cute!! :) then me, melvin, ben wee, leon, pamela & darren all go to choa chu kang. then went home. :)
i got home, put my stuff down, took my phone. sms-ed people that i got home safe. SLEPT.

tnx leon for helping me carry my bag! :)then at the ferry, i was sitting next to annabel then she was like, "OMG! OMG! the dogs are sooo cute!!" and she kept wheezing and slapping my legs. it's like the only day i wore shorts out and its a bad day to wear shorts. diao. haha. then annabel kept screaming in the ferry about how she just wants to hug the dogs and i was just there calming her down and telling her to not give into temptation but she still did and in the end she moved to get near the dogs. haha.
